The DIAL HOPE 24-hour telephone outreach ministry was launched on September 10, 2000. Dr. Kunkel developed this ministry of outreach, providing hope, support, care and inspiration, realizing that many people face illness, grief, sadness, financial stresses, and other life situations.
Dial Hope is also making it a priority, especially at this difficult time in our nation's history, to support our military both at home and abroad, their families, our veterans, and the Chaplains who give support here in the U.S., and on the front lines and battlefields. We provide hope, support and inspiration to Chaplains, military personnel and their families through articles, information, testimonials, and links. A phone number was established by the Pentagon.
